Affiliate and Referral Manager – Remote Position

Sky Link Hostings is seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate and Referral Manager to lead the development, management, and optimization of our affiliate and referral marketing programs. This fully remote role is integral to driving customer acquisition, increasing sales, and fostering long-term partnerships for our web hosting and digital solutions business. Key Outcomes of the Role

Strategy Development

• Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate and referral marketing strategy aligned with Sky Link Hostings’ objectives to drive sales for domains, web hosting, website builders, and other digital services.

• Identify and build relationships with affiliates and referral partners, including bloggers, influencers, tech experts, and customer advocates within the web hosting and SaaS industry.

• Define and monitor KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average order value, and continuously optimize these metrics.

• Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets through affiliate and referral channels.

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding

• Recruit high-potential affiliate partners capable of driving traffic and sales for Sky Link Hostings’ services.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed for success.

• Onboard new referral partners, providing them with tailored support and materials to effectively promote Sky Link Hostings’ offerings.

Program Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate and referral programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective results.

• Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards.

• Analyze program performance metrics, including ROI, click-through rates, and sales, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Content and Promotional Support

• Develop and distribute promotional content, banners, and product links tailored to Sky Link Hostings’ services and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align promotional materials with product launches, seasonal trends, and ongoing campaigns.

Incentive and Payout Management

• Design and manage competitive commission structures for affiliates and attractive referral rewards for customers.

• Ensure timely and accurate payouts to affiliates and referral partners based on performance metrics.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work

• Work closely with the sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for referred customers.

• Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate and referral activities adhere to relevant regulations.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in affiliate marketing, and consumer behaviors within the web hosting and SaaS sectors.

• Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve affiliate and referral marketing efforts.

Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare detailed performance reports on affiliate and referral programs, including insights on sales uplift, customer lifetime value, and program ROI.

• Present strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance program effectiveness and drive growth.

About You

• You have a passion for affiliate marketing and referral programs, particularly in the web hosting and digital solutions industry.

• Demonstrable experience in developing and managing successful affiliate and referral programs.

• Knowledge of e-commerce and consumer behavior in digital services.

• Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting revenue and customer acquisition targets.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized with an eye for detail and creative problem-solving.

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, CRM tools like HubSpot, and analytics software.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
